Perfect for any whisky lover, the whisky daisy is a true classic. You can use rye or bourbon whisky in this cocktail. Just pour the ingredients into a jug. Add 70cl of whisky and leave to infuse for 24-48 hours. Shake and filter. Can be enjoyed plain with a quarter of lime or with club soda for a more refreshing drink.
