Chinquapin is an American oak variety that gives lots of orchard fruits, butterscotch and ginger notes. This Single Cask GlenAllachie was filled into a Chinquapin oak cask in 2008, bottled in July 2021, producing 251 bottles.

Nose – Waves of heather honey, butterscotch and orange peel, with figs, ginger and nutmeg.

Palate – Layers of soft spices, heather honey and orchard fruits, followed by cinnamon, ginger and pineapple.
