A 2009 Single Cask GlenAllachie. This is a bit unusual, in that the cask in question previously held the Sicilian sweet fortified wine Marsala. 1 of 294 bottles, with tropical fruit notes, and syrupy sweetness.

Nose – Butterscotch and heather honey, followed by toffee, tropical fruits and sultanas.

Palate – Waves of caramel, syrup and grapefruit, with heather honey, mocha and demerara sugar.
