Bumbu Rum is made in the heartland of rum, hailing from the island of Barbados in the West Indies. Created with some of the best and purest limestone-filtered water in the world, plus sugarcane from the Caribbean and parts of South America, the smoothness of this drink is certainly something to write home about.

Bumbu Original Rum takes its name from a historic drink that was invented by sailors centuries ago. And that historic influence is reflected in the beautifully crafted bottle. An ‘X’ marks the spot on the front of the bottle, while a map of the Caribbean adorns the rear. It sparks the imagination, and in no time at all you’ll be dreaming of pirates and swashbuckling adventures on distant uncharted seas!

“The Original” Bumbu Rum is the company’s flagship project, winning five gold medals in just two years (2017 and 2018) from the Los Angeles International Spirits Competition. It abounds with rich and complex aromas of Madagascar vanilla, soft caramel and oak. On the palate, discover notes of cinnamon, roasted nuts, banana and allspice. It’s all perfectly blended to achieve a mild sweetness and a smooth, light finish.
