They have slowly infused Lyth Valley Damsons in Lakeland Moon Gin for months to create the Damson, Raspberry & Rosehip Gin Liqueur – every drop is full of juicy, plummy-goodness and perfectly complemented by foraged raspberries and rose hips that they pick from hedgerows around the distillery. They offer a natural sweetness to lift the plummy notes and create a decadent mouth-feel.

Damsons have a classic plummy flavour with each variety altering in flavour according the conditions they are grown in.
