Yuzu and orange marmalade is a new, delicious citrusy spread made from the combination of yuzu, a Japanese citrus fruit, and sweet oranges. It offers a unique balance of tangy, aromatic flavours from the yuzu with the familiar sweetness of oranges. A medium cut spread containing pieces of fruit rind, adding texture and a zesty kick to the spread, making it a delicious addition to toast, pastries, or even as a glaze for meats.
