Launched at the 2025 Dalemain Marmalade festival, George’s Marmalade Whisky Liqueur has been created using a finely blended 5 year old malt to produce a smooth, sweet tasting drink. The original George’s Marmalade uses seville orange and lemon and this is reflected in  the taste of the liqueur while being smooth enough to drink neat essentially making it a local Glayva which is it affectionately referred to in the shop. 

The inspiration for the drink came from George’s love for whisky rather than gin like his mother Lady Jane and has been in the works for a year to make the perfect product to match his marmalade! Available in three sizes at Chestnut House as well as being on our sampling table ready to try
