Confident on the flavour profile Crag & Tail were after with their own twist – the subtle addition of watermelon, they enlisted the assistance of their friend and local distiller to keep Crag & Tail on their home turf of Angus where it is distilled, labelled and bottled.

Geared up for endless recipe tweaks, they couldn’t quite believe they hit the nail square on the head after only 1 distillation. Educated guess? Partially. Luck? Absolutely!

The result is a well rounded, solid, clean, and classic gin.
