Distilled at the now-closed Edinburgh Distillery called Chain Pier, with only 37 casks of whisky produced during its short tenure of production, with this particular whisky being bottled from a Shiraz Red Wine Cask after 3 years of maturation, and bottled exclusively for Milroy’s of Soho. These were all bottled at cask strength 57.8%, yielding a total of 290 bottles.
