Returns

  • We aim to make your ordering experience from www.chestnuthouseonline.co.uk simple, secure and hassle free.
  • In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the goods to us within 14 days for a full refund.
  • You are responsible for cost of returns or courier collection, unless the item was received in error, damaged in transit or faulty.
  • All items returned must be in their original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition.
  • On the rare occasion, that the items are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Prior to refunds or replacement, we may ask you to send the item back to us or send us a picture of the damage. We will cover the cost of returns where we have requested the item be sent back to us in this instance.
  • We are unable to refund on perishable and any personalized goods.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for returns. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
  • Should you find any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Please include your order ID while completing the returns form in order for us to swiftly process your request.
  • To arrange a return, please complete our return's form.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returns and subject to T&Cs.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
