Puerto de Indias Blackberry is the result of a traditional process focused on obtaining a gin in which the essence of blackberries and a careful selection of ingredients are blended to complete and shape this unique product.

Black Mojito
Ingredients
- 5cl Puerto de Indias Blackberry
- Half a lime in wedges
- Natural blackberries
- 8 spearmint leaves
- Soda or sparkling water
Preparation
In a wide glass, place half a lime in wedges, 8 leaves of spearmint, 2 big blackberries and a tablespoon of sugar. Macerate softly with a mortar. Pour the gin and add ice. Finish up with a small amount of soda or sparkling water. Enjoy!
