A small-batch milk gin which uses whey alcohol as its base. It is named after the world's oldest cow, who died at 48 years of age in Co Kerry in 1993.
Using whey alcohol from Irish dairy farmers, natural spring water and a mix of locally foraged botanicals, the gin is quite fragrant with spicy middle notes.
Serve with premium tonic and garnish with lemon or lime.

So the story goes from Shed 1 Distillery that whilst dog walking on a wintry beach thoughts turned to hazy, summer days in the sun, frolicking around on the sand.
A luxuriously smooth gin, the initial sweetness gives way to juniper and floral notes that come from the elderflower we use, the silky liquor giving a warming finish.
A unique blend of wild juniper and botanicals, gathered from the Lakeland Fells under a full moon.
Made using 18 botanicals including elderflower, chamomile, grapefruit, sweet and rich Macedonian juniper and locally foraged wild Fife gorse which gives the gin its name.
