Black Robin Gin is handcrafted and batch-distilled in a Arnold-Holstein copper reflux pot still by the Master Distiller Michael Deinlein, who's family have been crafting alcoholic beverages since the 1930's.
Using triple distilled whey as their base, they go on to distill Black Robin Gin a further two times with 11 traditional and exotic botanicals including locally sourced horopito. They then blend with pristine filtered spring water sourced from a sprung underneath their distillery in the hills above Tauranga.
Scapegrace Gin comes to us all the way from New Zealand, featuring a selection of 12 botanicals (juniper, coriander, nutmeg, cardamom, lemon peel, orange peel, orris, cinnamon, cassia, angelica, clove and liquorice) and presented in a bottle inspired by an antique genever bottle.
